Yes — additional agents can be provisioned at any point during an active study. Each new agent is billed at the standard $6,800 rate and configured to its own protocol.
Unused tokens do not roll over once a study closes. Each agent’s token allocation is scoped to the duration of that specific trial.
Overage is billed at pass-through cost — whatever the underlying model provider charges, with no markup. You’ll receive an itemised invoice at the end of each billing period.
White-glove setup includes protocol ingestion, agent configuration, CTMS integration testing, and a dedicated onboarding call with your study team. Delivered within 5 business days of contract signature.
